Shipping Rates & Policies
All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive UNASSEMBLED in its original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.
White Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your destination and assembled together. White glove delivery need to add about 1-2 weeks to the standard lead-time of delivery. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. [EXTRA COST]
All White Glove Services is a onetime service that is non-refundable nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off the completion of service.
Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes). Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, you can call to get a quote (this is especially prevalent for the higher weight items).
However, there are certain situations where additional costs may apply. Please read the following exceptions carefully:
- Customer Not Home on Scheduled Delivery Day
If the delivery team arrives on the scheduled day and the customer is not home, we will need to reschedule the delivery. Additional fees may apply for this rescheduling.
- Chair Does Not Fit in the Delivery Location
If the chair does not fit in the intended delivery location (e.g., doorways, hallways, or rooms), we will not be able to complete the delivery. In such cases, a redelivery fee may be charged, or alternative arrangements may need to be made.
- Additional Labor for Stairs or Difficult Access
If the delivery requires moving the chair upstairs, downstairs, or through other difficult access points that require extra labor, additional charges will apply. This includes situations where the delivery team needs to bring in extra help for safe and proper delivery.
- Long Distance Between Delivery Location and Delivery Agent
While uncommon, if the delivery location is significantly far from the agent’s base, resulting in excessive travel time, an additional charge may be applied to cover the extra distance.
- Customer Requests a Specific Delivery Time
If the customer requests a specific delivery time outside of our standard scheduling, additional charges may apply for accommodating the request. This is due to the need for special coordination and scheduling adjustments.
How Fast Will You Receive An Order
- All orders are processed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. We aim to ship your order within three business days; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.
- Once shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you to the provided email address. If White Glove Delivery, it will be heading to our 3rd party local White Glove agent with the provided tracking information. Once arrived, they'll be contacting you to make an appointment.
- For Open Box Shipping : Shipping will take longer than new massage chairs since we take 1 week certified inspection with professional technicians. Total Delivery will be around 2 weeks unless otherwise noted.
